NOVA Hair Studios 


Deposits will be taken automatically / are required on any online bookings.

Clients can cancel or reschedule cut/styling appointments up to 24 hours before the appointment is scheduled

(excluding wedding hair/hair up.) this is 72 hours 

Colour appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the appointment this is due to not being able to fill the slot under 3 days because of patch test requirements. 

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation falls within the 72/24 hour period or in case of a no show.

If you reschedule an appointment within the cancellation period due to failure to book a consultation appointment this is allowed once if the following appointment is then cancelled deposit is void (no matter how far in advance this is done ) as the original appointment was cancelled or rescheduled within our cancellation period which affects our business.

If you cancel your appointment outside of the terms stated above and you have paid an online deposit please contact us directly so this can be refunded to you as we don’t always get notified when someone cancels and has paid a deposit online !

If you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.  If you decide to reschedule your appointment, please make sure you do so before the time frames stated above, otherwise cancellation policy applies and you will loose your deposit and a new deposit will be required for the new appointment.

New clients are required to have a patch test and consultation with our team before any colour services can be done. 

Please note all service prices are standard starting prices but are subject to change depending on your hair, colour history ,length and thickness we are a serviced based industry and charge depending on how long appointments take, stylists experience level and amount of product used accurate quotes will be given on consultation appointments or at the start of your services.

Consultation/patch test appointments are free of charge.

Please make sure you are booking the correct services online especially when it comes to colour appointments, if you are unsure of what to book in please message us directly to confirm. 

Some of services booked with our Trainee will be done under supervision by a senior member of staff please note that they are still in training and services can take longer than standard so please allow extra time for this or take this in to account when booking an appointment.

Staff at NOVA will not be held responsible for incorrect bookings , failure to have a patch test/ consultation or failure to read terms and conditions.
