At Sam’s Luxe, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness to our team and other clients, the following policy applies:
	•	No-Shows (failure to arrive for an appointment without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the service fee.
	•	Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged 50% of the service fee.
	•	Clients who miss two appointments without notice may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.
	•	Arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show and your appointment may be cancelled.
