🖤 Deposit/Booking Fee 🖤 A £5.00 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Deposits must be sent within 24 hours of booking. Deposits are taken via bank transfer and will be deducted from the total treatment cost. Booking fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. 🖤 Cancellations/No-Shows 🖤 Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new booking fee will be required to secure your next appointment. Three-strike policy: If you miss your first appointment, it will be noted. The next booking fee will increase to £10. If the second appointment is missed, you will be permanently removed from our booking system. 🖤 Grace Period 🖤 We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you're going to be late, please give us as much notice as possible. 🖤 Arrivals 🖤 Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, send us a message upon arrival, and your therapist will come to greet you. For nail appointments, arrive with no product on your nails unless you’ve booked a removal service (extra time will be required). For facial treatments and waxing, it's preferred (but not required) that you arrive with clean skin. Please remove any makeup before your appointment. 🖤 Infills 🖤 Infills are recommended every 3-4 weeks. If your infill is needed later than this, additional charges may apply for extra product and time. For new clients, we recommend a soak-off and a new set.
