You can expect careful attention to detail, clear communication, and work shaped around your style, whether you want refined everyday nails or a more intricate custom set. 

With over 4 years of experience, each appointment is handled with precision and consistency from start to finish. Your comfort, safety, and satisfaction come first, with professional hygiene practices, clean tools, and a well-kept studio. Flexible appointment times are available from morning through evening, including after-hours bookings.

Booking Policies
Please read the following policies carefully before booking. By proceeding with your appointment, you agree to the terms below.

Appointment details 
* You will receive an immediate appointment confirmation through email with details on date and time of appointment, address will be provided via text message a day before your appointment to avoid confusion, please message me if you haven’t received address details day prior. Our studio is located 5 minutes away from Homebush station. 

Deposits
* A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments.
* Your deposit will be deducted from your final total on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
* Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
* A cancellation fee may also be charged to the card on file to cover the reserved appointment time.
* Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.

Late Arrivals
* Please arrive on time for your appointment.
* If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply.

After-Hours Appointments
* Appointments scheduled after 6:00 pm incur an after-hours fee starting from $15, increasing up to $30 depending on the appointment finish time (up to 9:00 pm).

Guests
* Please attend your appointment alone.
* As the studio operates from a private home, partners, friends, children, and family members are not permitted unless approved prior to your appointment.
Repairs
* please contact me within 3 days of your appointment with clear photos if needing a repair.
* Repairs outside this period or due to accidental damage may incur a repair fee.

Foreign Work
* I accept foreign infills or repairs over another nail technician’s work if suitable 
* A removal and fresh set may be required. 

Health & Safety
* Please notify me before your appointment if you have any nail infections, fungal conditions, open wounds, or allergies that may affect your service.
* Services may be refused if proceeding could compromise your health or the quality of the results.

Payment
* Payment is due at the completion of your appointment.
* EFTPOS, bank transfer, and cash are accepted.
Bring cash to avoid card and transfer surcharges.

Respect
* Please treat the studio and its contents with care and respect.
* Any abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in your appointment being terminated immediately and future bookings refused.

Gigi is an incredibly talented nail tech with an eye for detail. I felt very comfortable in her studio and she created such a positive environment for me to make jokes. She recreated my inspo pic to the last detail and I couldn't be more happier. If you haven't booked with this gorgeous girl, you're missing out big time!! 

 Always the loveliest girl. She makes sure you’re not in any pain while prepping your nails and checks that you’re happy with how they look. She also respects your preferences, whether you’re a quiet client or more talkative. Her music taste is too die for as well. Such a vibe, highly recommend 🤍!
