CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits are non-refundable and can’t be transferable. You would need to pay new booking fee if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. NO SHOWS/NO CALL will be charged 100% of fee before scheduling another appointment. LATE POLICY: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. You have 10mins grace period and you won’t be charged late fee. However, you will be serviced for the remaining time of your appointment. If you are more than 15mins late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you would need to schedule NEW appointment with NEW deposit fee.
