1. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. A deposit of $20 is required to secure appointment. Contact technician for banking information. 820-2391 2. Must be on time. A grace period of 10mins is given, otherwise a late fee of $1 per minute for 10 mins will be added. After the extra 10mins appointment will be canceled . 3. Payment must be made immediately after service is completed. Forms of payment accepted is cash or wire transfer. 4. Prices are subject to change at any given time. 5. No additional guest is allowed to appointment unless being serviced or is approved by nail technician. 6. Two (2 1/2) hrs is allotted for each customer depending on length and design of nails or service being provided. 7. Nails or toes (feet and hands) with fungus, open wounds, or any type of damage will not be serviced. 8. Hands must be washed before service begins and feet must be cleaned before. 9. No cursing, shouting or loud talking at appointment. 10. After third (3) refill, a soak off and a new set is mandatory. 11. If Not happy with service and/or nails, please make known to nail technician before leaving. Any changes made after service is completed is subject to additional charge. 12. Reference pictures can be provided. If I am unable to execute design, it will be made known to customer. 13. Loyalty cards will be issued. 50% discount will be honored at the 6th visit providing that completed loyalty cards are presented at visit. No loyalty cards, no discount can be honored. 14. For all house calls services a deposit of $20.00 must be paid prior to service visit. The householder must provide a clean and safe area for technician to carry out service effectively. If area is not deemed safe, the technician will cancel the appointment and deposit will be forfeited. 15. Please note that whatever is discuss during the appointment, it will remain for the duration of the appointment. Under no circumstances will the nail technician be called as a witness except on the grounds of murder, attempted murder or abuse of a child.
