Policy & Terms – Please Read Carefully Before Booking For Regular Clients: You may only book during the time slots we’ve previously agreed upon (i.e., morning or evening sessions). If you require an emergency appointment, please message me directly to check availability. For New Clients: After booking your appointment, please message me directly to confirm your details and ensure everything is in place for your visit. A £20 non-refundable booking fee is required prior to your first appointment, so it is important that you get in touch as soon as your booking is made. Nail Art: All nail art must be discussed and agreed upon prior to your appointment. Requests for additional or complex designs at the time of service may not be accommodated. Late Arrivals: There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. After this window, you will be considered a no-show, and I will no longer be able to accommodate your appointment. ➡️ Please note: The full service amount will be charged. Cancellations & Rescheduling: I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Any changes made within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in a full charge of the booked service. Upon Arrival: Please message me once you arrive. I’ll confirm when my station is ready for you. 📌 There is no waiting area, so please wait to be called in. Guests & Children: Due to insurance and safety policies, plus-ones and children are not permitted at appointments.
