To secure your booking, a $40 deposit is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit protects the appointment slot and will be applied toward the total service cost. • For no-shows, the deposit is also non-refundable. • If the appointment is completed as scheduled, the deposit will be deducted from your final payment. Late Arrival Policy If you are more than 15 minutes late, the nail technician may choose a simple service only (hard gel strengthening). Due to limited time, the technician may not be able to complete the service to the highest level of detail.
