All cancellations/rescheduled appointments must be completed 24 hours in advance of the appointment start time. 

To cancel/reschedule your appointment, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. Once processed, your deposit will be refunded/transferred to your future booking.

Deposits are non-refundable in cases of Late Cancellations/No Shows. 

YOU MUST BOOK A PATCH TEST IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT OR RECEIVING A TREATMENT FOR THE FIRST TIME AT THIS SALON. ALL PATCH TESTS MUST BE COMPLETED 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE TREATMENT. FAILURE TO BOOK THE RELEVANT PATCH TEST WILL RESULT IN YOUR BOOKING BEING CANCELLED/DELETED. 

Laura always does the best job, always leave the place feeling like a brand new person. If you want a job well done I cannot recommend her enough

Laura was so helpful. i got an essentials facial and she recommended different products for me to use for my skin and the difference in a week is massive. She was so helpful with tips for my skin and recommended some more products for me to use when my skin is back to its natural self. i would recommend laura so much!

I have been coming to Laura for years now to get brow treatments done such as brow lamination or a wax and tint, and each and every time she does an amazing job!
