Mahsel Beauty Lounge Policies By booking an appointment with Mahsel Lash, clients agree to the following terms and conditions: 🦋 Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time with no charges. 🦋 No-Shows & Late Cancellations A $50 fee will apply for no-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the appointment. This amount is automatically processed by our booking system. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our artists’ time. 🦋 Right to Refuse Service Mahsel Lash reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to any client at our discretion, ensuring a respectful and comfortable environment for everyone. 🦋 Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation of your session without a refund. 🦋 Allergies & Sensitivities Mahsel Lash is not liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of our services. Refunds will not be issued in such cases. As lash retention also depends on the client’s aftercare routine, we offer a complimentary refill within one week of the initial appointment if needed. Lash retention is not guaranteed. Retention can be affected by many factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: -Natural lash health, length, and strength -Skin type and oiliness -Aftercare -Hormones, medication, stress -Sleeping habits, rubbing, or touching lashes -Client lifestyle and environment Because of these variables, we cannot guarantee how long the lashes will last on any individual client. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours. An in-person inspection will be required. This does not guarantee a free fix or any refund. 🦋 Health Conditions Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to their appointment. 🦋 Service Duration All service times are approximate and may vary based on individual needs and conditions. Early Maintenance Lash Refill

This service is for clients who come back earlier than a standard refill and still have good lash retention. It’s a quick, light top-up to keep your lashes looking fresh. • Must be booked no later than 12 days after your last appointment with us • Suitable only if more than 70% of your lash extensions are still intact • If less than 70% remain, you will need to book a regular refill instead This service is available exclusively only for Mahsel Beauty’s regular clients.
