90 minute Myofacial Release Therapy
This session focuses on slow, sustained holds, gentle compression, and intentional elongation of the fascial system. Each position is maintained for several minutes, allowing the fascia time to soften and gradually release. As restrictions ease, the body creates more space, improving mobility, circulation, and overall balance within this essential connective network.
Deep Tissue Mobilization is available upon request for clients who may benefit from additional structural support.
