A minimum of 24hrs cancellation is required. Any appointments cancelled under 24hrs will be required to pay 50% deposit before booking any further appointments, appointments may be chargeable if you do not give 24hrs notice. I will now be taking a non refundable 30% deposit for any treatment booked online due to a lot of no shows and cancellations sorry for any inconvenience Thankyou
