1. Deposit Requirement A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount goes toward your total service cost. No deposit = No appointment! 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations I get it, life happens! You can reschedule your appointment once using the same deposit if you give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made under 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit. 3. Late Policy Please be on time! There is a 10-minute grace period. • After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee is added. • After 20 minutes, your appointment is canceled, and your deposit is forfeited. 4. No-Call/No-Shows If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be blocked from future bookings. Let’s respect each other’s time! 5. Prep for Your Set • Please arrive with bare nails unless you have booked a soak-off. • For the best results (and safety), I do not work over other techs' work. If that’s the case I will charge extra for the services.
