❗️TAKING BOOKINGS FROM JANUARY IN THE NEW LOCATION OF BRANDESBURTON❗️

Here we offer a 1-1 service in a crate free salon based in an at home salon in the heart of Brandesburton🐶🐾

Liv’s Perfect Pooches Dog Groomers & Spa

Pricing -
I always give a rough quote based on breed but please
note price may vary depending on breed, coat condition and the amount of work
required.

Salon policy -
All poodle and wool coat breeds such as
poodles, cockapoos, cavapoos and bichon frise
etc. must be kept on a recommended 4-8 week
schedule (which will be discussed up on your
first visit) if they wish to be groomed at Liv's Perfect Pooches Dog groomers & Spa, to avoid poor
coat care and discomfort to the dog and groomer
during the grooming process.
For puppies they will need to be booked onto the puppy package (from 12 weeks old with both vaccinations) before they can be booked in for a full groom.

Neglected/ Matted coats -
If you bring your dog in any matted condition
there will be an automatic dematting charge of a minimum of
£15 to cover the cost of blade sharpening/renewal and the matting
will be clipped out in
order of the Animal welfare Act 2006 to ensure
the dog can be comfortable and maintain a well looked
after coat. Severe matting can lead severe skin damage and
discomfort.

Cancellations/ no shows -
It is appreciated that sometimes appointments may
need to be rearranged as long as this is done
with 48 hours notice there will be no charge. Any
cancellations less than 48 hours notice will result in 50%
of the groom being required to be payed and any
cancellation less than 24 hours notice/no shows will
require the full price of the groom to be payed (unless extreme circumstances). Please note 50% deposits will be
taken upon booking to secure youre booking and these are
non refundable. If any customer fails to pay no show fees
they will be unable to book back in again. There is a £5 per 15
minute late fee for those late to drop off and pick up.

Aggressive dogs -
I have the right to refuse access to any
aggressive or dog I believe may put myself and itself at
risk into the salon. If in the middle of a groom a dog
shows aggressive/unsafe behaviour the groom will be discontinued and the owner will be required to come and collect the dog immediately and pay full grooming price. I must be informed prior to the appointment of any aggressive behaviour to ensure mine and the dogs safety. For any dogs that’s show signs of aggression or behavioural issues that I’m able to complete with time, patience and love there will be an added charge due to taking up more of my time that could be spent on well behaved dogs. Please note
I am unable to groom any of the banned dog breeds in the UK (eg. XL bully’s) as this is something my insurance does not cover.

Fleas/Ticks
For any dogs that enter the salon with fleas, I will complete the groom and they will be bathed in a flea treatment shampoo and the salon will need disinfecting before another dog enters. A £15 flea charge will be added on to your groom and you will be advised to see a vet for urgent flea treatment. Any dogs that come in with Ticks can be removed for an extra £5.

We used Liv regularly for the last families dogs in hedon, but when she moved to brandesburton from hedon we thought it was a bit too far for our son to take his 2. We still used her for our dog .Fast forward 9 months and after not being happy with his local groomer we took his 2 to Liv’s perfect pooches for him yesterday. Wow…. They looked so beautiful and my son and fiancee are so happy. Well done Liv You are the best. Obviously love your work and love the dogs who come. Highly recommend

Took my dog, big white GSD, absolutely filthy, came out glowing.
Thank you Liv’s Perfect Pooches Dog Groomers.

My two spaniels had their first visit with Liv this afternoon and she has done a fantastic job on them. Liv transformed them from looking like they'd both being dragged through a hedge backwards, to a couple of smooth & sleek ladies and they smelt gorgeous! Liv was so friendly and made the dogs feel relaxed and safe. Thank you Liv, I shall definitely book them both in again.

Love my pretty spaniel’s new hair do. Thanks

Absolute gem of a groomer!
Lovely young lady too and highly recommended !

We brought our puppy Willow to Liv’s Perfect Pooches for the puppy package, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The package is designed to help puppies get used to the grooming salon.

Liv did an amazing job making Willow feel safe and comfortable throughout the session. She trimmed her nails, cleaned up the hair between her paws, tidied her sensitive areas, and trimmed around her eyes so she could see. Next visit she’ll be ready for a full bath and shampoo. Would highly recommend.

My 2 spaniels have been going to Liv since they were puppies and they can't wait to go in for their pamper session. My clumber can be a handful but Liv is amazing with her. They both come out looking and smelling beautiful and are always exactly as I ask them to be done. We've followed Liv to her new premises because of this and I trust her completely with them both. I can't recommend highly enough!!!

Jess loves Liv, we have been using Liv for a while now, we was so nervous at first to go to a new groomer but from the minute we walked in to now Liv is always been so welcoming and always does the best grooms on our dog. We went to Liv regarding Jess’s teeth aswell,Liv did her teeth cleaning service which got rid of all the nasty bits on her teeth at such an affordable price. Great prices and great service over all, we will definitely be following Liv in her new adventure in bransburton☺️

Goose had his first ever cut and wash. He absolutely loved it. She was absolutely amazing with him. Can’t wait to go back already!

Liv was fantastic with our old girl. Jazz has always been a bit snappy when having her nails done but was fantastic with Liv. Will definitely be back for a pamper and regular nail clip

My dog smelt so good after and was calm which isn’t a usually thing for her, would definitely return

Always come out happy. Looking and smelling beautiful.

Both of my dogs Sean & Oliver have been coming to LPP since they were pups. The boys get so fussy to go for their grooms and love Liv so much. They always come out smelling and looking gorgeous ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good service, Liv is very friendly and we know that Ralph is in good hands when we drop him off. He comes home looking great and smelling fresh. Would definitely recommend using Liv 😁
