✨ Lash Policies ✨ 💕 Health & Safety • Allergic reactions are rare but possible • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule • Please arrive with no contact lenses or excess eye makeup • No guests or pets allowed during appointments •PLEASE READ SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS UPON BOOKING ⸻ 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling • A $15 late fee applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes late • Arrivals 30 minutes or more late MAY require rescheduling • Deposits may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment within 7 days if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance • After 7 days, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required Promotional Pricing: • Promotional rates are honored only for appointments booked during the promotion • Promotional pricing must be rescheduled within 7 days to remain valid ⸻ 💳 Deposits & Payments • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at booking • The deposit goes toward your total service price ⸻ 🚫 Refunds • Refunds are not offered • Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours so adjustments can be made ⸻ ⏰ No-Shows • No-call/no-shows will require full payment upfront for future appointments • Repeated no-shows will result in blocked booking access ⸻ ✨ Existing Lash Extensions / Removals • Please arrive with no existing lash extensions unless a removal has been booked • If you arrive with lashes still on (even a few), a $10 removal fee will apply, OR your set will be completed within the remaining appointment time. By booking, you agree to all listed policies. ⸻ Fills: •To maintain quality, retention, and lash health, I allow up to 3 infills per full set. After 3 fills, a full set is required to reset the design and ensure optimal results.
