Clients arriving late may need to shorten their service or reschedule depending on availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. For refill appointments, sufficient lash extensions must remain to qualify for refill pricing; otherwise, a full set price may apply.
