Hello, loves! Welcome to Lashed by Nella! Thank you for considering my business. WE ARE A HOME BASED STUDIO‼️We urge that you study our policy before booking, since it has recently been modified. We only accept two types of deposits : bank transfers and drop-off at our location. Please keep in mind that clients have between the date they scheduled their appointment and 24 hours the day after if that deposit is not sent to your appointment will be canceled Drop-off hours are between 9am-5 pm. 

Please note that sending false receipts or deposits is against our policy.

As stated in our terms and conditions, any attempts to deceive or mislead our team will result in:

- Immediate blocking of your number/account

- Public posting of the incident on our social media page (to protect our business and warn others.

Appointment Policy 

At Lashed by Nella, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience, please note:

- Appointments are expected to start on time. If your appointment is scheduled for 1:00 PM, we expect you to arrive at 1:00 PM sharp.
- If you're running late, please call or text us to notify. We allow a 15-minute grace period, during which your appointment will not be cancelled.
- Please note that the 15-minute grace period does not exempt you from paying the late fee. If you arrive late, the late fee will still apply.

*Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy*

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least one day prior to your scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.




*Location Policy*

Our studio location will be shared with you 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment. Please note that our address is not publicly available on our website. You will receive a confirmation message with our location details 24 hours before your appointment.

You will NOT be required to make another deposit for rescheduling an appointment. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment only ONCE .  Rescheduling a third time or more will require a new deposit.

NO CALL/NO SHOW will result in an immediate cancellation and a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Multiple no-call no-shows will result in the instant termination of services (you will be permanently unable to book).


There is a three-day premature shedding policy. If you detect excess loss of 7-10 lashes, please tell us so that we can arrange to have a filling done at no additional cost. Free premature filling is only available within the first three days after shedding if we are notified. If clients fail to contact us after the first three days of shedding, they are charged a fee for their premature shedding visit.
