Hey! I’m Ginger, I am a Licensed Cosmetologist who specializes in Natural Haircare, Protective Styles, Crochet Retwists, Starter Locs & Loc Restorations. To ensure a smooth and positive experience, I’ve outlined my policies below: SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS • Booking & Deposit: All appointments must be scheduled via the Goldie booking site. Only existing clients can Text/DM for squeeze-ins. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes directly toward the total cost of your service. • Consultations: All new clients must schedule a Virtual Consultation prior to booking an appointment. If you are a returning client but it has been a while, please book a consultation to make sure you are booking the correct service. • Punctuality & Grace Period: Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 15-minute grace period. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a $15 late fee or the cancellation of your appointment to avoid impacting the next client's scheduled time. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service charge, and you will not be allowed to rebook until that charge is paid. • No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will not be allowed to book with me again. SERVICE AREA & TRAVEL FEES • Service Area: I am a home-based stylist based in the Bronx (10468), and I do NOT allow extra guests. However, I do offer mobile services in Manhattan, the Bronx, Yonkers, and Brooklyn. • Travel Fees: Travel fees depend on the distance from my base location to yours and can be selected as an add-on when booking. A $60 deposit and a valid, unaltered photo ID are required for all mobile appointments. CLIENT PREPARATION • Hair Condition: A wash and style is ALWAYS included with each service. If you have particularly long or thick hair, an additional fee will apply to ensure sufficient time and proper compensation. • Environment: As a home-based stylist, I ensure my space is clean and equipped with a wash station. I have an older cat who likes to say hello, so if you are allergic, a mobile appointment is your best option. For mobile services, I require a well-lit and comfortable space to perform the service. Please make sure your location is prepped prior to my arrival so we can stay on schedule. PAYMENTS • Accepted Payments: The $50 deposit is paid via card upon booking. For the remaining balance, I accept CASH/CARD/BNPL. • Refunds: All services are final once completed. In the case that you are dissatisfied, please address your concerns within 24 hours, and I will do my best to resolve the issue. HEALTH & SAFETY • All tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitized before each appointment to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. • If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell or has been exposed to an illness, please reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. BEHAVIOR & EXPECTATIONS • I ask that all clients treat me with respect and professionalism. I reserve the right to terminate services if the environment becomes unsafe, uncomfortable, or disrespectful. • I am committed to providing high-quality Natural Haircare maintenance, and I appreciate open communication regarding your needs and expectations. LIABILITY • La Naturalista Colora is not responsible for any allergic reactions or damages resulting from products used during the service. • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have provided accurate information regarding your hair and scalp health. PRIVACY POLICY • Your personal information will never be shared with third parties. All records of services and client preferences are kept strictly confidential.
