Hair is NOT included.
I do NOT service men.
I do NOT service children. 
I do NOT allow ANY additional guests. 



SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS $30 fee

 Appointments scheduled less than 24 hours in advance are considered “squeeze-in appointments”


SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS  $25 fee
SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS $40 fee

AFTER HOUR FEE $30 fee (appointments that begin at 4PM or later)
Styles that run past the day's closing time may result in an after-hour fee, but you will be made aware of this once your appointment is accepted.


DEPOSIT PAYMENT METHODS $20 NON-REFUNDABLE fee
Your $20 deposit will be credited to your service total. Weekend fees must be paid with your deposit.

 You must send the deposit manually, the SITE does not require it when booking however, your deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receiving a confirmation text from +1 (888) 990-5082. 


FINAL PAYMENT METHODS 
The remainder of your balance must be paid via ZELLE or CASH only! No other payment methods will be accepted.



HOW TO ARRIVE

You must arrive with your hair washed and detangled. You may book a wash and blowout as an "Add-on" with any service if needed.  If I am not notified that you require a wash, blowout, or detangle IN ADVANCE additional fees will apply. 

If your hair is shorter than 2 inches or if you have excessive dandruff, please make note of this in the “Messages” section when booking, or your appointment could result in cancellation upon arrival.


LOCATION

I am located on Eraste Landry Rd in Lafayette, LA. You will receive the exact location the day before your appointment.

LATE POLICY

The late policy allows you a 5-minute grace period to be IN THE CHAIR ready for your appointment. After you are 6 minutes late, an additional $1 per minute will be added to your final balance. Your appointment WILL be CANCELLED if you are not sitting in the chair 20 minutes (ex.7:20) after the expected arrival time and you will have to pay a $30 cancellation fee to reschedule your appointment.


RESCHEDULING 
	Appointments rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. 

	Please DO NOT arrive to your appointment sick or ill, you WILL be asked to leave. 

 If I or anyone in my household shows signs of any illness your appointment will be rescheduled for your safety. If for any reason I request your appointment to be rescheduled and the available date/time does not work for you, your deposit WILL be refunded.


CANCELLATION $30 fee

You have up to 24 hours before your appointment to cancel to avoid a cancellation fee. Once it is 24 hours before your appointment a fee of $30 will be due IMMEDIATELY. If the fee is not paid you will not be allowed to book with me in the future.

I absolutely love my boho knotless braids! I’m a repeat customer & she never disappoints! 

This was my first time trying Lush by Lia. I got small, waist length boho knotless. Her services are impeccable! She was not rough (though I’m not particularly tender headed), she gave great directions to get to her location, she offered water and snacks! It was a very comfortable service! I will be back!

I booked for small knotless braids! & got neat & straight parts, a clean & comfortable setting when getting my hair done & booking was easy, and she had snacks! I’ll be back for sure ❤️
