(appointments beginning at or after 4pm) Saturday (appointments beginning after 2pm) SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS additional $30 Appointments that were not available on the site upon booking are considered squeeze in appointments. Wednesday appointments are sometimes available and are considered squeeze in appointments. 💸 EARLY MORNING FEES ($25) Monday - Friday Appointments times REQUESTED before 9am are subject to an early morning fee. Saturday Appointments times REQUESTED before 7am are subject to an early morning fee. 💸 DEPOSIT PAYMENT METHODS $20 NON-REFUNDABLE fee Your $20 deposit WILL be credited to your service total. WEEKEND charges MUST be paid with your deposit! Accepted payment method for DEPOSIT ONLY Cashapp: $lissanecole21 You must send the deposit manually, the SITE does not require it when booking however, your deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receiving a confirmation text. FINAL PAYMENT METHODS The remainder of your balance must be paid via CASH only! No other payment methods will be accepted. HOW TO ARRIVE You must arrive with your hair WASHED and DETANGLED. If your hair is SHORTER than 2 inches or if you have EXCESSIVE dandruff, please make note of this in the “Messages” section when booking, or your appointment could result in cancellation upon arrival. LOCATION I am located on Eraste Landry Rd in Lafayette, LA. You will receive the exact location the day before your appointment. BRAIDING COLOR COMBOS Please ensure your braiding hair is dropped off at least 2 days prior to your appointment (between 4:30pm- 6:30pm) to avoid late blending fees. If the drop off time does not work for you, you may submit a picture of the color combo you want when booking or via DM and send the money for the hair with your deposit. WIG DROP OFF Please ensure your wig/lace is dropped off to 1901 Eraste Landry Road at least 3 days prior to your appointment (between 4:30pm - 6:30pm) to avoid any late customization fees. If the drop off time does not work for you, you may ask for my address to ship it directly to me. Please inform me of your INTENT to drop off the wig/lace the morning of the day you’re coming. - 2 day in advance ($10 customization fee) - 1 day in advance ($20 customization fee) - Same day customization ($30) LATE POLICY The late policy allows you a 5-minute grace period to be IN THE CHAIR ready for your appointment. After you are 6 minutes late, an additional $1 per minute will be added to your final balance. Your appointment WILL be CANCELLED if you are not sitting in the chair 20 minutes (ex.7:20) after the expected arrival time and you will have to pay a $25 late fee before you can reschedule your appointment. RESCHEDULING You are allowed to reschedule ONCE prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule a second time you will be charged a $15 rescheduling fee. DO NOT, under ANY circumstances, arrive to your appointment sick or ill, you WILL be asked to leave immediately! If I or anyone in my household shows signs of any illness your appointment will be rescheduled for your safety. If for any reason I request your appointment to be rescheduled and the available date/time does not work for you, your deposit WILL be refunded. CANCELLATIONS ❌ Cancellations will no longer be charged a fee, however if you fail to inform me 24 hours in advance or communicate you will be blocked from booking.
