1. £10 DEPOSIT is required to secure every booking for the client. 2. The 50% DEPOSIT is required on treatments over £30 value. 3. Booking isn't confirmed until the deposit is paid. 4. Deposit amount will always be deducted from the total cost of treatment on the day. 5. Deposit is payable by way of Bank transfer/PayPal or Cash. 6. Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if the appointment is cancelled by the client. 7. Rearrangement of the appointment time/date is possible with 24hrs notice and new appointment must be chosen the same day, subject to availability.
