“This is now the 4th or 5th time I've come to Kim for a colour, cut and style. Before meeting Kim I would go for an annual hair cut at a random hairdressers. Kim was going to be that annual hair cut. Instead, she instantly put me at ease. Kim made me feel heard in what I wanted and gave her expert advice. Together we decided to do lighter highlights throughout, framing my face. The amount of compliments I have had since is ridiculous. Kim has done this!! The result, my confidence has grown! ”
