CARD ON FILE REQUIRED • a card on file is required when booking for protection purposes LATE / CANCELLATION • a 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments • no shows and same day cancellations will be required to pay 100% of the booked service (base price) • if you are 15 minutes late, we will only have time for a solid color. anything after 15 minutes will result in a no-show • if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours of notice, you will receive a $15 charge. this must be paid before booking a new appointment OTHER • I do not remove acrylic, dip, or gel x • please do not eat any snacks or food during your appointment. drinks are fine! • let me know if you plan on bringing anyone else to your appointment!
