Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled by texting 786-334-7551, however online is preferred and instant. provided that a minimum 24-hour notice is given. Insufficient notice may incur a fee. Katrina The Groomer LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client, for any reason. Used this groomer twice so far! They are great! You can tell they love animals and enjoy their jobs. They are very affordable and they do an amazing job. Cannot recommend them enough!

Katrina the Groomer. We could not be more pleased. The business is very clean and the entire staff is friendly, helpful, and very sweet to all the animals. We especially like the tender care Henri received as soon as we arrived. He looked adorable when we picked him up and was sporting a new green necktie with pink flamingos.

Great job on my little girl’s nails! I also had a deep conditioning on her skin and hair following her bath. She looks, feels and smells amazing! It was her first official bath at a groomer so I think she was a little nervous. Her nails were trimmed for a second time and they got them much closer. Probably cause mom wasn’t there looking over their shoulders “helping”😁. Great job!!

From drop off to pick up I know my dogs are getting treated well and are in  good hands.  Frankie and the entire staff are very welcoming and kind as they provide the best care and grooming services.  Both dogs are so clean and have the best manicure after being pampered.  I’m very impressed. 


Our first visit was a success! Our Yorkie went to the groomer without hesitation. The cut that I asked for was exactly what I got, and our Daisy Mae looks and smells fabulous! The shop's look is fun and funky! I loved it!

This was our first time at any groomer. I was wary about going because my girl is a rescue and not a pure breed. They didn't treat her any different. The owner greeted us at the door and answered questions.  Franky was her groomer and he did such a great job. She was so happy when I picked her up. She seemed to enjoy her spa day! The folks here were so kind and loving to her even holding and kissing her after the experience. Really amazing people and so good at what they do. It's clear they love animals and love their job. Katrina was great. This was our puppy’s first time at a groomers and Katrina made sure that our pup was comfortable and felt welcomed. My pup was very happy when I went to pick her up and I was very satisfied with the results.

Always do a great job. They are very fast so the dog isn't there all day. My dogs like them so that means a lot.

Gail groomed my sweet little 11 yr old yorkie today and she did a fabulous job! I included a picture of how I wanted her to look when I booked online and she nailed it! She also contacted me yesterday to let me know she had some openings if I wanted to come earlier than my appointment, which I thought was very thoughtful. I am very happy with the job Gail did and I will definitely be re-booking with her in the future. Also Katrinas little shop is adorable! Its very cheerful and CLEAN!
