Salon Policies Thank you for choosing Kalen’s Nail Designs! To provide the best experience for every client and keep my schedule running smoothly, please review the following policies before booking. Children & Pet Policy To provide a safe, relaxing environment and ensure I can give every client my full attention, I kindly ask that you do not bring children or pets to your appointment. For the safety of your children, my clients, and myself, children may not accompany you unless they are receiving a scheduled service. Pets are also not permitted inside the salon, with the exception of trained service animals as required by law. If you arrive with a child or pet, I may need to reschedule your appointment, and my cancellation policy may apply. Late Policy * A 10-minute grace period is allowed. * Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee. * Arriving 15 minutes or more late will be considered a cancellation, your appointment will be canceled, and 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy * Please reschedule or cancel your appointment more than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. * Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a $35 cancellation fee. * Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). * If you cancel or reschedule two or more appointments in a row, a $35 non-refundable deposit will be required to book future appointments. This deposit will be applied to your appointment if you keep it. If you cancel or reschedule again, the deposit will be forfeited. No-Call, No-Show Policy * Clients who do not show up for their appointment without contacting me will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). * No-call, no-show clients will not be able to book online until the outstanding balance has been paid in full. Refund Policy I do not offer refunds on services. Your satisfaction is important to me. If you experience any issues, such as lifting, breakage, or believe a mistake was made, I am happy to provide complimentary fixes within 5 days of your appointment. If there is anything you are unhappy with during or after your appointment, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I appreciate the opportunity to make it right and want every client to leave feeling happy with their nails.
