By booking with KJANIAA Ltd/ Locs Creation Ky you agree to these Policies & Terms. Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. I may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible. 15-20 minutes grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals will result in a late fee of $25 or rescheduling at the business discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted.
