Junie Nail Studio – Booking Terms & Policy Thank you for choosing Junie Nail Studio 🤍 Please read the following before confirming your appointment. 1. Booking & Confirmation Appointments are only confirmed once a confirmation message has been received. All bookings are subject to availability. 2. Booking Fee (Deposit) A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 48+ hours notice: Appointment can be rescheduled, deposit transferred. Less than 48 hours notice: Deposit is lost. 24 hours or less notice: 100% of the service cost will be charged. No-shows: Full service cost will be charged. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation. Full charges may still apply. 5. Right to Refuse Service Junie Nail Studio reserves the right to refuse or stop a service if necessary (e.g. inappropriate behaviour, contraindications, or repeated late attendance). 6. Health & Safety Please inform me of any allergies, injuries, infections, or medical conditions before your appointment. Appointments will not be carried out on clients with contagious nail or skin conditions. 7. Repairs & Guarantees If you experience any issues with your nails, please contact me within **3 days (72 hours)** of your appointment. Repairs requested after this timeframe, or due to wear and tear, accidents, or improper aftercare, will incur a fee. 8. Aftercare & Liability Aftercare advice will be provided during your appointment. Junie Nail Studio is not responsible for lifting, breakages, or damage caused by wear and tear, lifestyle, or failure to follow aftercare advice. By booking, you accept full responsibility for your nails once you leave the appointment. 9. Digital Content & Privacy Photos/videos of your nails may be taken for social media with your consent. All personal data is handled securely in line with GDPR. 10. Payments The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Accepted payment methods: * Revolut * Cash * Card payments are accepted only via the booking link in advance.
