By working with Jones Hustle Hub, you agree to the following service terms: All services are scheduled based on booking calendars and property needs. Turnover timing is aligned with guest check-out and check-in windows to ensure readiness. Properties must be accessible at the scheduled service time. Delays due to access issues may impact service completion or require rescheduling. Standard turnover services include cleaning, staging, and restocking within the agreed service scope. Additional cleaning due to excessive mess, damage, or biohazards will be documented and may incur additional charges. Inventory and supply levels are maintained based on the agreed service package. Restocking beyond standard levels or emergency supply runs may be billed separately. Cancellations or last-minute schedule changes that fall outside of agreed service timelines may result in a service fee. Jones Hustle Hub is not responsible for the work, performance, or damages caused by third-party vendors not selected through our preferred vendor network.
