Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time or be subject to a cancellation fee of no less the $25.00 OR up to 1/3 the amount of services requested. If appointment is not set at least, 72 hours in advance or more it will be considered for a rush job and an extra fee will be added to the total amount no less then $15.00 or up to 1/2 the amount of services requested on top of the total /or added to the total amount all added fees and penalties, are calculated before state and other taxes are added. All customers must pay in advance the ESTIMATE FEE/ NEW CUSTOMER FEE... PRIOR TO receiving services from our technicians and before any over the phone video estimates or in person estimates must be completed after payment is received. Technicians will have a 24 hour window of time to complete ESTIMATE/NEW CUSTOMER REGISTRATION or the estimate is free. Should the client not be available for agreed conference, the fee will be sent via email invoice and will have to be paid weather received or not. The customer must as well understand that the time frames that are given for each specific service(s), are a window for us to arrive and complete the service. please bare with us we are not in a vehicle; and are on pedaled bicycles the same as well service in the greater Sacramento county areas.
