Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure all appointments. •Deposits are only refunded if provider cancels, if customer cancels deposit is forfeited. • Deposits go toward your service total. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received Cancellation & Rescheduling • Please provide at least 24-48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations or reschedules made outside this window will forfeit the deposit. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the remainder of the service price. No-Show Policy: •No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. • Clients with two no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future bookings. Late Policy: • A 10-minute grace period is allowed • After 10 minutes, the appointment may be shortened to stay on schedule and a fee of $25 will be applied to your total. • After 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no-show and you will be charged a 100% no show fee. Fill Policy: • Lash fills must be booked within 2-3 weeks of your last appointment. • Clients must have at least 40-50% of extensions remaining. • Anything beyond this will be charged as a full set. Foreign Fills •I do not offer fills on work done by other artists. • A removal + full set will be required. Refunds: • No refunds on services rendered. • If you experience an issue, please contact me within 48 hours so I can assess and make adjustments if necessary. Preparation Requirements: • Please arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup, oils, or residue • Failure to do so may result in a cleansing fee or rescheduling. Guests & Children: • No extra guests or children allowed unless previously approved • This ensures a calm, safe environment. Health & Safety • Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, or recent procedures. •I reserve the right to refuse service if it is unsafe to proceed. Payments: • Accepted forms of payment: Cash Only, electronic payment will result in $15 no cash fee. • Payment is due at the beginning of your appointment. Agreement: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all policies. Thank You!
