First time ever gettin extensions so was nervous in terms of colour match, weight, and application. Firstly Aisling was so lovely and bubbly, chatting away and creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. On top of that, she was very professionally, explaining and reassuring me about the extension and giving great advise! I got the 18” human hair clipons, to which from first glance she matched it to my hair perfectly! 100% recommend and won’t be last time I buy from here🤍
