Thank you for booking an appointment at Hannah’s Beauty Room. Please read my policies and terms thoroughly before agreeing.

CANCELLATION POLICY-

Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the treatment price. Cancellations and reschedules with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will be charged 100%. Anyone more than 10 minutes late will also be treated as a no show and charged 100% of their treatment price, this is to prevent me running late for other clients and to protect my income. Failure to pay the cancellation fee within 48 hours will result in future appointments being cancelled and new bookings will not be made.

You may be required to pay a booking fee to secure a booking, booking fees are non refundable but can be moved if the appointment is rescheduled 48+ hours before the time of appointment.

DETAILS FOR THE DAY-

The address for the Beauty Room is 17 Kestrel Close, Horsham, RH12 5WD. There’s plenty of on street parking in Kestrel Close, feel free to park on the drive if there’s a space but it’s very tricky! 

I will be wearing a mask during your appointment, this is to protect me from illnesses and prevent me having to take time off work. Please wear a mask at your appointment if you are suffering with any colds or coughs, I have plenty of masks at the salon if you need one.

I accept cash, bank transfer or card payments, all payments MUST be made either before your appointment or at the salon. My bank details, for bank transfers,  are Mrs H Gallard 00984354, 11-03-80 please have them saved and ready for payment on the day if you’d like to bank transfer. If you’d like to pay by card there is a slight processing fee.

Upon arrival please WAIT in your car and TEXT me to say you have arrived, I will then let you know when I’m ready for you to come in. This is to ensure I have sufficient time to clean the beauty room between appointments and that I’m ready for you. Please do not come to the door until I have messaged to say the salon is ready for you, this is due to the salon being at my parents home.

Hannah was welcoming as usual and respectful. She didn't hurry my appointment but gave my neck, shoulders, back a well needed massage and found my troublesome spots. I asked for light pressure and found it just right for me. The service she provides is good value too. I find her friendly, approachable and professional.
