Travel Appointments ✨ Travel appointments must be paid in full before the appointment day. A travel fee of $30–$200 will be added depending on your location and distance. I currently travel to New Hampshire, New Bedford, Rhode Island, Lynn, and Lawrence — and surrounding areas in between. Please message me Before booking a travel appointment so I can confirm availability and provide your exact travel fee. ✨ My goal? By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies: Deposits • All appointments require a $20 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. • The deposit is deducted from your total service cost. • The address will be provided once the deposit is received. Health & Hair Information • Please let me know if you have any allergies. • Please inform me of anything important regarding your hair or scalp before your appointment. Safety & Environment • You cannot be gang affiliated. • I refuse service to anyone who exhibits inappropriate behavior. • No low-vibration or negative energy. If it becomes an issue, you will no longer be serviced. Payments • Payments must be sent or handed to me before the service begins. • All transactions are NON-refundable. Hours & Squeeze-Ins • My business hours are 10AM–7PM. • Early morning or after-hours appointments are available with a $15 squeeze-in fee. Hair Prep • If you are not adding a wash & blow dry service, please arrive with your hair: • Washed • Free of products (no oils, no leave-in conditioner) • Blow-dried to the best of your ability • I can oil your scalp at the end if requested. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before the appointment start time. Late Policy • All clients have a 5-minute grace period. • After 10 minutes, there is a $10 late fee (please communicate). • After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled. Hair Policy • I do NOT provide hair. • Each style description lists how many packs/bundles are needed. Communication • For additional questions, please DM me on Instagram @Slayedbyniaa2x. • You will receive my phone number after booking. No-Show / Flaking Policy • If you flake more than once, you will no longer be serviced. • I understand emergencies happen, but after the second time, I will not be able to book you again. I truly value my clients who respect my time and business.
