Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged. 
All no-shows will be charged the full service charge. 

If client is more than 20 minutes late to scheduled appointment this appointment could possibly be terminated at the discretions of the stylist and would still be chargeable to the client. 

However, if client reschedules their appointment using the link provided in the appropriate time, the deposit will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled booking. Payment can be made through the booking system or by cash on the day.

Alex’s is the best in the business! I’ve been going to her for years. I’ve got dead thick hair and takes a bit of cutting and drying and she does such an excellent job. Such a lovely lassie too. Wouldn’t go to anyone else.

This was my first time visiting Alex but it won't be my last! Alex was friendly, kind, communicative, ensured she knew my hair type, how confident I am with styling, spoke me through the process whilst cutting my hair, explaining why she was doing what she was doing and what products she was using. The salon was friendly and welcoming and Alex worked very efficiently. Overall it was a really positive experience and I feel so confident with my new hair and look forward to seeing Alex again!
