Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.

Excellent service and you can tell she loves animals treats them beautifully and her grooms are 5 star 

We have been using Grimsby Groom Room for years, would not go anywhere else.

I have been bringing my German shepperd for around 4 years, she doesn't like going anywhere without us but with alot of love & patient she comes away smelling beautiful everytime.  She gets pampered with teeth been brushed, balm on her paws and I always feel comfortable leaving Bella, I would recommend to anyone. 😊 also the deshed is amazing when the moulting season starts 😊

Excellent service. We've been bringing our dog, Dora for quite a number of years now. Libby is brilliant with Dora and takes extra attention as Dora is quite a wuss when it comes to loud noises.

Firstly, I think it’s amazing that Grimsby Groom Room offer a collection service which really helps me as I don’t drive. Secondly, Betty is always well looked after when she goes and when she comes back she always looks fantastic and smells fantastic too. I cannot recommend Grimsby Groom Room enough to people. My dog maui has been coming to grimsby groom for since he was 8weeks old. He has had a cut every 8weeks since. He is groomed to perfection at every visit and loves being pampered. I would not take him anywhere else.
