Initial assessment
A 60 minute initial assessment appointment. This gives us time to get to know one another, for me to undertake a full assessment and for you to set goals. We will also start treatment in this session.

A 40 minute follow-up session where we will revisit your goals and progress, including reviewing any treatments you were undertaking for yourself. We will agree next steps and progress treatments as necessary.
