It was so easy to book!  Mallory took care of our sweet Maybeline today.  We received updates and a beautiful picture of her when it was time to pick her up.  When I came in, everyone was so happy and kind.  Mallory loved on our sweet fur baby and let me know how the appointment went along with telling me that her ears were a little red. (Our Maybeline like to swim) truly a wonderful experience.  We will schedule there again.  Mallory was magical! 

We had our second visit today for my puppy Tilly and they did so good with her!!!!!! She’s so fluffy and soft now! 

Heather did a wonderful job with Tres'. He was nervous but, she took her time with him and he looked happy & beautiful when I picked him up! Thank you Heather!

I have a German Shepherd that can be very anxious in unfamiliar surroundings.  The Grand Dog Grooming does a great job with her.  They are patient and allow her time to settle into her new environment.  When I pick her up she is always happy, smells great, and beautiful.

Second groom here, love that we have a great option in Newcastle! Everyone is friendly and appointments are always on time. Highly recommend! 

I have always had an amazing experience with my Shih Tzu! All the groomers do a wonderful job and my fur baby always look great.

We had the best experience. My dog has anxiety and isn’t the best behaved when it comes to letting you groom him. They handled him with care and he came back looking and smelling amazing. He really seemed happier coming out of his appointment. I greatly appreciate the staff there and for them listening to my concerns when it came to grooming him.

The groomers are wonderful! Service is always within the time allotted and our pups are always excited to go to the groomer.

First time for our German Shepherd to get a bath. They were so patient and kind. Could not ask for better service. 

My sweet geriatric Maltese has been here twice! Both times she looks fabulous. Her face gets messy because she has a soft food with gravy, they clean her up. She also has numerous skin lesions possibly cancers or moles they don’t hit them and make her bleed. I’m very satisfied!

Every visit here has been so fantastic! Monica is so calm and caring with my dogs. I am pretty particular about how one of my dogs is groomed, at pick up he looked perfect! Also, love the post groom pictures I receive via text. 

We brought our 4 month old Bernedoodle Samantha (Sam) in for her 2nd ever spa treatment. Monica greeted us upon arrival & discussed what to expect. When we came back to pick Sam up we were awestruck at the great job Monica had done. However, what meant more to us was Sam was laughing which let us know she had a low stress visit. I highly recommend The Grand Dog Grooming establishment—so much so I’ve already booked Sam’s next visit!

Since they have opened, we have taken our Golden Doodle to Grand Dog. We are so happy we finally have a great place to go! 

We've been here twice and have had excellent experiences both times. Each time we've been greeted warmly, with special attention paid to our daschund. When we come for pickup our little weenie dog always looks great and smells fantastic! She's a nervous dog, but each time has done so well coming to this establishment. 10/10 would recommend! We will definitely remain customers here! 

They do a great job on nail trims.  No sharp edges!

Grand Dog Grooming was a pleasant surprise and we will definitely be a repeat customer.  From the moment I walked in with my 2 crazy German Shepherds and 1 Cavalier we were greeted kindly. They respected my dogs and made friends with them prior to attempting to take them from me.  They sent pictures of them and an easy link to pay, which made pick easier.  The shop was super clean and smelled great.  Would highly recommend.

Elite services. I have never had grooming services that were this thoughtful, thorough, and professional. I brought 5 dogs ranging from 20-106lbs. They gave so much love and time to each one. All of my dogs shed like crazy, and they were fluff free for over 2 weeks. I was understandably shook and have rebooked. Very very worth the money! Thank you! 

I was so happy with my experience. I was anxious about taking my older dog somewhere new, but she looked so good afterward, and the staff was really gentle with her.

They did an amazing job grooming my Australian Shepherd, who isn’t always the easiest when it comes to grooming. The staff was so patient, gentle, and clearly experienced with double-coated breeds.

We could not be happier with Samantha and The Grand Dog! She has taken care of two of our dogs and they've both looked great afterwards. They both have some anxiety, and I appreciate the time she takes to introduce herself and love on them before she begins the grooming process. The online booking is so convenient. Prices are fair. The shop is clean. I would recommend anyone take their dog(s) to see her!

Sam does an excellent job on our Aussie’s - one is older she works great with her.  Our other one is a  chicken but he does great with Sam.

From the moment we walked in the two owners were so sweet to my bogey! It was my dogs first grooming appointment so I was a bit nervous how she was going to act. The love that both owners showed her from the moment we walked in was so sweet. I felt so at peace leaving her there. Bogey was having so much fun playing with them that she didn’t even notice I was leaving. Which is saying a lot because she is normal my shadow. They even put an angel bow on her. I highly recommend The Grand Dog.
