1. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final service cost. 2. Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation. 3. Cancellation/Rescheduling: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. • Rescheduling within the same timeframe will allow your deposit to be transferred to your new appointment. 4. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full for future bookings. 5. Payment: The remaining balance is due in full on the day of your appointment. We accept cash and electronic payments. SERVICE TERMS 1. Health & Safety: Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or eye conditions prior to your service. We reserve the right to decline services if it poses a health risk. 2. Children and Guests: To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment. 3. Refund Policy: All services are non-refundable. If you experience issues with your lashes within 48 hours, please contact us for a complimentary touch-up. 4. Appointment Preparation: • Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. • Avoid caffeine or energy drinks before your session to minimize discomfort.
