At Glow D Soleil, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide a luxury, personalized experience. Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Glow D Soleil. • A $25 reservation deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your service when completed. •We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • The 24-Hour Rule: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your booking deposit will be forfeited. • Rescheduling: You are permitted one reschedule within 30 days of your original booking date; beyond that, a new deposit will be required. • We completely understand that life happens. However, a no-call, no-show without prior notice will result in the full service being charged. We kindly ask for communication if you’re unable to make your appointment so we can best accommodate you.
