Gentle Glow Salon & Spa is a private, inclusive studio offering full body sugaring, lash extensions, facials, brow services, and spray tans in a calm, sensory-friendly environment.  

Designed with comfort in mind, the studio offers a warm, cozy, and judgment-free experience with dimmable lighting, customizable music, visible steaming devices, and openly available fidgets for non-judgmental use during appointments. Whether you prefer quiet appointments, extra communication, or simply a softer environment, each service can be tailored to your comfort level.  

With over a decade in the beauty industry, the goal is to create a space where every client feels safe, respected, and comfortable being themselves while receiving high-quality services in a relaxing private studio setting.

Gentle Glow Salon & Spa

To provide the best experience for all guests, please review and respect the following policies:

• A valid credit card is required to be held on file when booking online. This is mandated to uphold cancellation policies and protect against last-minute cancellations and no-shows.  

• Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.  

Why 48 hours?  
Two full days provide enough time to contact clients on the waitlist or refill your appointment space, helping the schedule run smoothly. Shorter notice periods, such as 24 hours, rarely allow enough time for another client to arrange and attend an appointment.  

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.  

• Late arrivals: Arriving more than 5 minutes late for appointments under 30 minutes, or more than 15 minutes late for longer services, may be considered a no-show. The appointment will be cancelled, charged as a no-show, and future appointments will not be booked until payment has been received.  

• Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment. Doors remain locked between clients, and appointments are specifically scheduled to avoid overlap in guest arrivals.  

• If an appointment is cancelled and a new appointment is booked separately for an earlier date or time, any previous payments or credits will not automatically transfer. Existing appointments must be officially rescheduled through the booking system for transfers to apply.  

• All outstanding balances and cancellation fees must be paid before booking future appointments. Accounts with unpaid balances will be blocked from scheduling until payment has been received.  

• Under the referral policy, if a referred client fails to attend their appointment, they will be blocked from future bookings until payment has been received. The client who referred them will also be unable to book until the balance has been resolved. If you wish to continue booking while the missed appointment remains unpaid, you will be responsible for covering the outstanding balance.  

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. However, missed appointments still result in lost time that cannot typically be refilled on short notice. Thank you for respecting my time, policies, and the small business I work hard to maintain for every client.

Had a full leg and brazillian with the hard wax. The service provider was super thorough, comfortable, efficient and overall a great experience. My feedback would be as follows: (1) finding the location was difficult in the dark. The house numbers are in black  with no lights. The directions of a wooden fence were a bit confusing because the wooden fence isn't visible from the street, but the house next door has a wooden fence (almost went to the wrong place and walked into someone else's yard

She’s amazing! Super friendly and chatty, which makes the whole waxing experience way less awkward. Her space is so cute and relaxing, and I always feel totally comfortable.❤️

I love getting my facials from Jaya, always checks if anything has changed with my skin, the atmosphere is always relaxing, all around just a positive experience every time. 

This is truly one of the best places you could go! JJ offers a wide range of services and is incredibly knowledgeable in each one. She takes the time to educate you on how and why she’s doing things; something not many service providers take the time to do, which shows just how much she really knows her stuff. The waxing services are quick, yet never feel rushed. It’s so nice to have an affordable place that still delivers a luxurious experience. I couldn’t recommend Gentle Glow enough!

JJ is hands down the best waxer I’ve ever seen. She creates a space that’s both comfortable and efficient. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes time to educate you about the service, so you always feel confident. Her wall of certifications speaks for itself — she takes real pride in her craft and constantly updates her skills. Appointments are quick but never rushed. The birthday facial was the highlight: relaxing, hydrating, and left my skin glowing. J.J. was professional, kind, and attentive to my comfort throughout.
