• A $20 deposit is required immediately after booking to secure your appointment. Deposits can be sent via Cash App or Zelle to 346-433-0404. No deposit = no appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless I cancel. • I do not provide wash services. All clients must arrive washed and completely blow-dried. No exceptions. • A $15 late fee will be applied after 15 minutes. The fee increases by $5 every additional 5 minutes. Please plan ahead and leave early if you are unfamiliar with the location. Late fees will still apply. • Appointments before 8:30 AM or after 5:00 PM will include an early/after-hours fee. • No refunds. If there is an issue with your service, please contact me within 72 hours to schedule a free touch-up. • Please be prepared to sit for the full duration of your braid service.
