By booking an appointment with drootattoo at Amaysing Ink, you agree to the following terms and policies: Location 📍 Amaysing Ink 135 Holmes Street Frankfort, KY Minimum & Pricing • A $50 minimum applies to all tattoos. • Pricing may vary based on size, detail, and placement. Final pricing is determined by the artist. Age Requirement • Clients must be 18 years or older. • Clients 16–17 years old may be tattooed only with a parent or legal guardian present and written consent provided. • Valid government-issued ID is required for all clients. • Parent/guardian must also provide valid ID. Design Submissions • All design ideas, reference images, and special requests must be sent directly to drootattoo prior to the appointment. • Last-minute design changes may result in rescheduling or additional fees. Health & Safety • Please disclose any medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your appointment. • The artist reserves the right to refuse service if the tattoo is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Artist Rights • drootattoo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with policies.
