(Patch tests are required before any treatment, this applies to NEW clients only ) Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or even having to be rescheduled. The remaining payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods like preferably cash but I can do except bank transfer. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone and with a nice fresh, clean face.
