By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms: Complete any required forms before arriving to your appointment. No additional guests are permitted, except for 1 adult accompanying a minor. Payment is due at the time of service, in CASH ONLY. A $25 deposit is REQUIRED for all new clients at time of booking. No exceptions. Deposit should be sent to @iluvlashn via Venmo. Cancel or reschedule within 24 hours to avoid late cancellation/rescheduling fee of $25. If your a NO SHOW future appointments will not be accepted. No refunds will be issued, any fixes/issues have to be handled within 3 days. Thank you for choosing us for your beauty needs.
