Lack of understanding probably on both parts. first time going there and have got used to my usual nail salon. A little rough doing my nails but young lady doing them was polite enough. Will I come back.... Yes. Hopefully next time I will have a better understanding of how your processes are and you will have a better understanding of how I want my nails.  Definitely will be back. Thank you

I had my nails done this morning along with the most amazing deluxe pedicure I can’t recommend it highly enough! Ultimate pampering my feet are as soft as a baby’s bottom!!

I had a classic pedicure done at the weekend and can highly recommend. The service was great and really pleased with the softness and look of my feet. Very relaxing 

Me and my mum were very pleased with the service given. As I have health issues, I couldn’t have much UV exposure. They were very accommodating and ensured I would have as little exposure as possible. We will definitely be regulars now.

I made an appointment a couple of hours before I visited Diamond nails.
It was my first time there. 
I have quite soft nails so the male nail technician applied an acrylic base layer. He also applied a tip to a broken nail. I had gel removal and re application. The service was excellent 👌 
Friendly staff, a lot of walk ins ( I recommend booking) I easily got in same day. I can see why they are so popular! They have been at this site for 8 years.  I will be going back. Great value for money. 

Excellent! So accommodating and friendly. We took pictures in and they did an incredible job of replicating the pics. I chose a slightly unusual design and they did it beautifully. Reasonable prices, and the nail artists are incredibly talented. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again 👍👍👍👍👍

First time going to this nail salon.and I would definitely recommend..I got acrylic nails with white tips.and the lady who did them was really polite and friendly.and did such a good job. I will definitely be back.:-)

I've been coming here for about a year and have never been disappointed. The customer service is fab, the quality is amazing and my nails always last at least 3 weeks with no lifta or cracks, I transitioned from acrylic to builder gel and have been over the moon with both
