Terms & Conditions MUST READ UPON BOOKING NAILS💅🏽 Please be aware that for every booking I require a £10 [non-refundable] deposit. Failure to make payment means your booking is not secure and will result in your appointment being open to the public again. It is important I make you aware that my policy regarding transferring deposits can only apply within the first week after your original booking. After the 7 day period is up, this would be classed as a cancellation and you will be required to pay a new deposit. Deposits are strictly non refundable and are not transferred upon cancellation of any kind. CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY: In the case of a cancellation, I require [48 hours] notice in order to give me enough time to re-fill your slot. If you are unable to notify me within the 48hr timeframe or in the event of a ‘no show’ you will be liable to pay in full & your card will be charged for the service booked. —————————————————— TATTOO POLICY💉 A [non-refundable] 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. This will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo. Please note that once a deposit is paid, your appointment is confirmed and any applicable fees remain payable. A minimum of [72 hours] notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Deposits may be transferred once, if sufficient notice is given. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and a new one will be required to rebook. This policy is in place to cover loss of earnings being self employed and only source of income. When booking in with Daisy Maed you are agreeing to follow my terms & conditions therefore please do take this into consideration upon booking. Failure to make cancellation payments will automatically result in being banned from the booking system. —————————————————— REFUNDS: All services rendered are non-refundable. This policy is in effect due to the time and products utilized during your service. In specific circumstances, a discretionary discount may be offered as a gesture of goodwill.
