Crownique Hair Studio - Salon Policy & Terms Agreement Welcome to Crownique! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, please review and agree to the following salon policies: 1. Age Requirement ~ Clients must be 13 years of age or older to receive services. No exceptions. 2. Appointment Policies ~ Late Arrivals: Clients arriving 30 minutes or more over schedule may be subject to a late fees of $20 and risk shortened service time or cancellation depending on the schedule. ~ Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the service total. ~ No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service total and may be required to prepay for future bookings. 3. Deposits ~ All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit is required 24-48 hours before service to secure your appointment. This amount will go toward the final balance on the day of your service. NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT and service must be rescheduled. 4. Studio Policy ~ No guests allowed. For the safety, comfort, and focus of our environment, only clients receiving a service may be present in the studio. 5. Payment & Fees ~ Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
