Creative Nails & Spa – Booking Policy

At Creative Nails & Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best service for all our clients, please review our booking policy before making an appointment.

Appointments
	•	All services are by appointment only unless otherwise stated.
	•	We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and service.

Deposits
	•	A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm certain appointments (e.g., nail extensions, spa packages).
	•	Deposits are applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
	•	We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
	•	Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals
	•	Please arrive on time for your appointment.
	•	If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment.

No-Shows
	•	Clients who do not show up without notice may be required to pay a 50% service fee before rebooking.

No Extra Guests
	•	For the comfort and safety of all clients, extra guests (including children, friends, or family members not receiving a service) are not allowed in the service area.
	•	We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone unless accompanying a minor receiving a service.

Payments
	•	We accept cash and major payment methods.
	•	All payments are due at the time of service.

Health & Safety
	•	If you are feeling unwell or have any contagious condition, please contact us to reschedule.
	•	We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for the safety of all clients.

Gift Cards & Promotions
	•	Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
	•	Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.

I had the BEST pedicure in my life! My feet are very ticklish but she didn't even need to have patience with me cause she knew exactly what to do and how to make the process worth it.  The experience was the best I ever had,  the spa is top notch clean inviting calming and smelled terrific,  the service was top of the line and my feet never felt or looked this great! And you see that massaging chair whilst getting my pedicure to top things off...def 100 outter 10! Can't wait to rebook!

 I had a fantastic experience at Sharon’s Creative Nail Spa! In Carriacou, Grenada. The salon is warm, welcoming, and spotless — such a relaxing atmosphere. Simone, my nail technician, was just as warm and professional. She gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had — careful, thorough, and incredibly soothing. My feet felt soft and refreshed, and my nails looked flawless. Simone even helped me choose a fun new red polish color I love.
