Pricing & Coat Condition

At Clippers Dog Grooming & Spa every groom is tailored to your dog’s individual needs.
All quoted prices are subject to change depending on your dog’s coat condition, temperament, and grooming schedule.

Dogs with matted or neglected coats will incur an additional fee to cover the extra time, specialised products, and wear on our professional equipment. This applies whether matting is throughout the coat or localised in certain areas.

Please note: all prices listed are “from” the stated amount, and final costs are confirmed following a full coat and condition assessment on arrival OR collection of your dog following their treatment.

Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged the full grooming fee, which must be settled prior to rebooking.

On occasion, appointment durations may need to be adjusted to accommodate your dog’s size, coat condition, or behavioural needs. Should this occur, we will contact you promptly to discuss suitable arrangements.

To ensure the best possible grooming experience, please provide honest and accurate information when booking, including your dog’s coat condition, size, and temperament. This allows us to allocate the appropriate time and care for their service.

If at any point your dog’s behaviour presents a risk to themselves or our stylists, we reserve the right to discontinue the groom for safety reasons. In such cases, the full appointment fee will still apply.

Leanne provided a very professional and excellent service from start to finish. My dogs looked amazing when I went to collect them and Leanne’s attention to detail was brilliant. I would definitely recommend Clippers to anyone looking for a dog groomer.

We couldn’t believe the difference in our puppy .  He is usually a pain to groom but Leanne put him at ease and did an amazing job. Will definitely be taking him back to her. Would highly recommend.

Toby is not the easiest dog for any groomer.  He yelps, screams, cries and licks ......a real drama queen! Leanne is very patient with him, doesn't put up with his nonsense and he always looks and smells amazing when he comes out!   Fantastic groomer!

Leanne did an amazing job for my girl, it was her first groom & she was nervous. Leanne was very lovely & caring & it was done in baby steps & she kindly sent me updates how she was doing. I wasn't expecting a full cut seeing as it was her first time & I wasn't sure how much she'd tolerate, however Leanne was able to complete a wonderful groom. The cut looks gorgeous.
