-Payments are DUE DAY OF SERVICE. -A late fee will be added of $10 per 24 hours after payment is not made. -There will now be a processing fee for all payments made through Goldie. I also accept cash, Venmo and CashApp. -Add ons must be added when booked. I will not add on the day of clean. - We do not price by the hour we price by the clean, timing on appiontments very depending on certain circumstances. -Prices are starting prices, they are subject to change after seeing the property but you will be notified if so and have a choice to accept or decline. - New policy ALL NEW CLIENTS must send a picture of the outside of your home and door to enter. -When booking please make sure to leave all information including door codes or how to enter when I arrive. If I arrive and have no response within 30 minutes your clean will be canceled and you will owe a cancellation fee. -New bookings will be charged before scheduled clean . -If booking a Move Out/In Clean *EVERYTHING MUST BE OUT *Must have water and electricity -Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments free up to 48 hours before start time anytime after that up to day of clean will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation on day of scheduled clean will be charged full price for cleaning. -NO REFUNDS if there is something that you are unsatisfied with please reach out to me within 24 hours and we will happily come and try to fix the issue.
